Audit Manager – Generalist
$120,000 - $150,000
They don’t have busy season minimums; you need to get your stuff done but you won’t be working crazy hours.
You’re part of a 60-person firm with slick processes and tech.
It’s a close-knit team, made up of the current Partner and 7 staff you’ll be managing. They’ve created a culture that is second to none, most come to the office on a flexible, hybrid/onsite basis.
They have one of the lowest staff turnovers across CPA firms in Chicagoland.
As you’d expect with a small office, you’ll be a generalist. You’ll be working with a lot of manufacturers, distributors, and some real estate.
They have some larger clients new and existing. You’ll take the lead in maintaining client relationships and engagements working with the staff. They do not have a QA department, a part of your role will be to do QA reviews.
The firm is growing. As an experienced manager you will have the opportunity to grow the department by looking to bring on new business and develop existing relationships. The Partner is looking for you to be their right hand to help shape the department. Your input will be welcomed.
